Following decades of seeing projects emerge on site, it has become clear that there are huge benefits of having the builder involved in the early design stages rather than being brought on board after all design work has been carried out. Historically, Architect and Builder were one role! I have recently teamed up with local contractor YourSpec, to offer a service that involves the construction team at the outset. This helps us to arrive at practical and cost effective solutions.
